Continuing on our path of pairing the oblique and the glute for stability in the pelvis during exercise, this total body workout combines targeting one oblique at a time and applying it to several total body exercises. This workout matches its strength with cardio…and you will walk out feeling lifted with better posture!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
