We are solid in WEEK 2 Breathography and getting a total body workout in this second class of this Breath Cycle! If you want a great tricep, glute, oblique focused without leaving behind total body movements, this is the workout for you!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
