NOOTROMOVEMENT+ NOOTROMUSIC

NOOTROMUSIC is a joint venture between AJ & composer Gabe Churray. Nootromusic is composed around evidence-based concepts to guide and enhance AJ's ground-breaking Breathography technique. Listen to the Breathography interwoven within the music to be guided through your breath cycles. Nootromovment combines Nootromusic and movement utilizing a variety of breath-work practices (Breathography, humming, nasal breath, and song) to elicit a certain mood, cognition point, and improved mobility. If you want to feel more creative, choose CREATIVE NOOTROMOVEMENT. If you want to feel more attentive, choose ATTENTION NOOTROMOVEMENT.

NOOTROMOVEMENT combines Nootromusic with a variety of breath-work techniques (Breathography, humming, song, nasal breath) to elicit moods and cognition points. Want to feel more focused? Choose ATTENTION. Want to feel creative? Choose Creativity! These Nootromovement videos are also featured on The Breath Source App, a breath collective bringing together breath masters from a variety of backgrounds. The Nootromovement videos are a WONDERFUL start to your day and a great way to get your active recovery in between the higher intensity HYPOXiX workouts. I personally use Nootromovement sessions before a bout of creative writing or on a Sunday morning to get some light movement with cognition and breath-work before a day with the kids!
