HYPOXiX TOTAL BODY INTERMEDIATE

Welcome to HYPOXiX Total Body Intermediate!

Before beginning your 8 week journey, please complete the following steps.

1. Learn the HYPOXiX Breathing Method

The HYPOXiX breathing method is the foundation of every exercise in this program. Learning the breathing technique first will help you maximize your results and perform each movement correctly.

You received a link to the HYPOXiX Breathing Program in your purchase confirmation email, but for your convenience, you can also access it here.

2. Take Your CO₂ Tolerance Test

Before starting Week 1, complete your CO₂ Tolerance Test and record your score. This score serves as your starting point and gives you a simple way to measure improvements in your stress resilience over the next 8 weeks.

If you would like additional accountability, join our free HYPOXiX Fitness Community, where you can log your CO₂ score, track your progress every 8 weeks, celebrate milestones, and connect with others on the same journey.

Your 8 Week Journey

Practice the Week 1 workout 2 to 3 times during your first week. Each week, you will move on to the next workout, practicing that week’s session 2 to 3 times before progressing again.

At the end of the 8 week cycle, retake your CO₂ Tolerance Test and compare it to your original score. Watching your score improve is one way to see how your body is adapting, not only becoming stronger and moving better, but also building greater resilience to physical and mental stress.

That is the HYPOXiX Method: using evidence based controlled progressive breathing with functional movement to build total body strength, improve coordination and movement control, increase oxygen efficiency, and enhance your body’s ability to adapt to stress.
