WORKOUT GOAL: BRIEF TOTAL BODY STRENGTH USING SETS OF 15 REPETITIONS, NOOTROMUSIC & BREATHOGRAPHY!
For a set of 15, you should challenge yourself with a weight that gives you quite a bit of challenge for the final 2 repetitions. Meaning, moving to 16 reps may be too fatiguing!
EQUIPMENT:
1. Chair or Couch
2. Dumbbells to challenge your sets of 15 (this will be determined based on your individual training status)
