Many of you have been noticing that I am labelling the posted LIVE classes with Week #s. We are approaching Week 3 with the Wednesday class tonight. The Week Number is the number that represents what Level of Breathography we have progressed to in THAT level of LIVE. We are also making progressions on the strength work each week as well during the 8 week period. I have decided to work on programming the Breathography in this way for the time being because it is helpful to go back to basics every 6-8 weeks of hard programming, and also give your body a break from the higher intensity work. This will give you 2-3 weeks at a light/moderate level of breath-work and 5-6 weeks at harder levels of breath-work (and this is based on the level of class you choose because the higher level classes will use more advanced Breathography, whereas the beginner and pre/post-natal will stay at the easier levels!) If you are a beginner level strength and cardio, but would like to try the advanced (levels 6-8) Breathography, please go to the core OR strength videos that are labeled Level 6-8 as this will give you a chance to work on the longer Breath Retentions, but without the complexity of adding in the higher levels of strength, cardio, and agility. Here is a breakdown of what Levels of Breathography that we cover in each of the 8 weeks of the LIVES in each level:
