MA stands for Mobility Activation, meaning, we are actively working our muscles through space as we increase their range of motion. This is the most effective method, research supported, for improving the range of motion of a muscle. While there are vast benefits to passively stretching a muscle (endorphins, recovery, autonomic nervous system balance, collagen enhancement), if you would like to improve your functional range in the muscle tissue, the MA series is the one for you!
In line with most of the progressive series on the HYPOXIX website, the MA series follows an 8 week Cycle, in which the exercises and the Breathography progresses over an 8 Week period. Please add this into your routine 1-2x per week to make progress in your range of motion and your CO2 Tolerance.
