This is a Level Beginner Intermediate level workout, in which we work TOTAL body circuits using only bands and our bodyweight and our BREATHOGRAPHY to get our HR up! This is a special area in Saint Tropez, on which path we found 4 HUGE wild boars 3 days later, so we decided to not continue workouts in that area [due to these boars in this area being known for running people off cliffs!] Glad I got this footage when I did!
It's a bit windy, BUT a great workout! Enjoy the great workout and beautiful view!
