Week 7 Breathography pulls our workout into a high level of carbon dioxide training as we integrate Level 5 Breathography into most exercise today. With a high level of glute activation at the top of the workout, you will more greatly recruit your glutes in all exercises! We are at a maximum level of intermediate endurance in today’s live class…and did you know that your brain ENJOYS lactate as fuel? You will spike lactate levels with those longer Breath-Retentions, which your vital organs feed on and make you feel more creative and invigorated! We are working the body AND the nervous system in our LIVES!
EQUIPMENT: (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)

3. Mini Glute Loop (10-12”) LIGHT
4. Dumbbells: 3lbs, 5lbs, 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs
5. Booty Band Cloth LIGHT
6. Pilates Mini Ball

8. Yoga Block
9. Light Pull Up Band or Theraband tethered on door, couch, chair, etc
