WORKOUT GOAL: LEARN MOBILITY ROUTINES WHILE STABILIZING YOUR CORE!
It is SO essential to stabilize your core while performing mobility routines. You will more effectively mobilize your hips if your core is stabilized! This is a beginner level class that will increase in intensity over the 8 week format. There is a special focus on the hamstrings in todays class…see how effective it is to find your core and apply it to mobility exercises! They become more effective!
EQUIPMENT:  (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
