It is SO essential to stabilize your core while performing mobility routines. You will more effectively mobilize your hips if your core is stabilized! This is a beginner level class that will increase in intensity over the 8 week format.
EQUIPMENT:  (NOTE: you can absolutely do this workout with NONE of the below equipment. If you want to use just your bodyweight, grab a hand towel to hold for creating resistance on the upper body with these moves!)
