HEAVY DUMBBELLS WITH NOOTROMUSIC

In this group of videos, we will work progressively from 15 repetitions down to 7 repetitions, gradually increasing the weight of the dumbbells as we go through the series. I suggest to stay on the same video for 2 weeks before progressing unless you are an intermediate or advanced exerciser. The breathing is unique in this series because we use Nootromusic to guide us (music created by Gabe Churray with the Breathography built into the music to help guide you).
