This 8 Week Class series follows a progressive strength, Cognition Cardio, and Breathography cycle, following the Level 1 Hypoxix class structure, in which we move all the way up to Level 4 Breathography as we advance toward the middle and later weeks. We will ease into this cycle with gentle breathing and exercises that recover your body, yet prime you for what is to come! Perform each class in this Infinite 8 series 3x per week for optimal results. Once you have finished Week 1, move onto your Week 2 Video!
